Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
-Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
-Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts, including pipeline management and conversion.
-Manage and grow key client relationships.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
-Collaborate with product and development teams to align solutions with client needs.
Marketing:
-Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, etc.).
-Define and manage the brand’s voice and messaging across platforms.
-Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
-Oversee content creation, SEO, and website optimization.
-Measure and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
-Organize and represent the company at events, conferences, and webinars.
Requirements
-Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in launching new products or markets.
-Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
-Familiarity with agile methodologies and startup environments.
